EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

I am currently a full-time student at the Long Beach State University pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering. I hope to pursue Master in Electrical Engineering after completing my BS at Long Beach. I am passionate about technology and helping my community. The experience that I have reflects these values. Last Summer I was a Distribution Standards and Apparatus Engineering Intern at Southern California Edison; The spring of 2016 I held a Co-Op at GE Grid Solutions and before this I was a Peer Mentor / Tutor at HIS STEM for two and a half years.  Today I am vice president of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. I want to leverage my experience to help my SHPE Familia Succeed in their professional and Academic endeavors.
